Triathlon Swim Squad
Northern Beaches, Sydney, Australia
The squad sessions will be triathlon focussed aiming to develop swimming and being in peak speed / fitness for race season. The session is for adults and swimmers must be able to swim freestyle.
The sessions will be held at Terrey Hills Swim Centre www.thswim.com.au which is a purpose built 25m lap pool heated to 27°C [31 Myoora Road Terrey Hills]
Training will be commence at 19:00 on Thursday nights for a 1 hour swim (please arrive at 18:45)
For permanent bookings the cost is $15 for 1 swim each week and is payable in advance (quarterly). Casual swims are $20 per swim.
From time to time and subject to demand, I can also incorporate swim video analysis as an additional session upon request.
